Usage of Davitamon Vitamine D3 20 mcg 800IE:
You take 1 melt tablet per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably take during or after a meal without water; dissolves easily in the mouth.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Health Council advice: The Health Council advises the following population groups to take an extra 10 micrograms of vitamin D daily throughout the year, in addition to their normal diet:
- Women aged 50 to 69.
- Adults who do not get enough outdoor time (less than 15 minutes per day between 11:00 and 15:00).
- Adults with dark skin.
- Pregnant women.
The recommendation for seniors aged 70 and over is to take an additional 20 micrograms of vitamin D per day. Davitamon has a suitable vitamin D product for everyone.
