Essential combines all 13 vitamins, 10 minerals and trace elements, and selected additional nutritional components in one capsule per day.In this regard, attention was paid not only to the composition, but also to the forms of nutrients used and the limitation of unnecessary additives. For example, Essential contains Vitamin B6 as pyridoxal-5'-phosphate (P-5-P), Vitamin B12 in two biologically active forms, and Vitamin K2 as menaquinone-7 (MK-7).
