Lamberts Concentrated Pea Protein is formed by a complex of amino acids extracted from peas. Through an ingenious process of extraction and purification, the proteins are concentrated from the normal level of 6% in fresh peas to 90% in this Lamberts preparation. This unique process yields a protein that is highly soluble and therefore easy to digest and absorb. Lamberts has chosen peas as a source of protein because the amino acid profile of peas is excellent; it forms a rich source of branched-chain amino acids (Leucine, Isoleucine, and Valine) and is the richest natural source of the amino acid Arginine.Composition of Lamberts Concentrated Pea Protein :

Usage of Lamberts Concentrated Pea Protein :
You take 2 dessert spoons (= 20 grams) per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Suggestions for use of Lamberts Pea Protein:
This product has a mild flavor, and when added to soup or gravy, it also has a thickening effect. So, add extra liquid when following a recipe.
Soup, stew, or gravy: Add the powder at the end of the cooking time, just before serving. Simply sprinkle on and stir well.
Cereals/cornflakes: Sprinkle over the dry cereal (muesli) before adding milk.
Fruit smoothies: This powder can be put in the blender with any fresh fruit; 10 grams of powder with a serving of fruit, for example a banana. This way, the flavor remains good.
Milkshakes: 10g in a small milkshake and 20g in a large milkshake.
Sports: Proteins contribute to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass. This product can be used to increase protein intake, especially branched-chain amino acids. Depending on the protein in the basic diet, 1 to 2 servings per day (20-40g) are sufficient.
