Magnesium hydroxide, GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid), extracts of Eschscholzia (Eschscholzia californica Cham.) and lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L.), inositol, magnesium bisglycinate, zinc and copper gluconate, vitamin B3 (nicotinamide), B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) and B9 (calcium L-methylfolate), anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids. Vegetable capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose).Usage of Nutergia ErgyStress Relax:
You take 2 capsules per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably during dinner with plenty of water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
