You take 1 capsule per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably during the meal with sufficient water.
If trying to conceive, take 2 capsules per day, starting at least 4 weeks before conception until 10 weeks thereafter.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
