- of which Gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) 90 mg
Vitamin E (dl-alpha tocopheryl acetate) 10 mg

Evening primrose oil (Oenothera biennis), capsule (bovine gelatin, glycerol), antioxidant: vitamin E (dl-alpha tocopheryl acetate).This product is free from: Wheat, gluten, barley, soy, eggs, milk and dairy products, lactose, nuts, sulfites, celery, fish, shellfish, and yeast.

You take 1 to 3 capsules per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably take with a meal and plenty of water.
