Use of Purasana Protein Pancake Muffin Mix Powder Biologisch:
For 6-8 large and up to 20 small pancakes:Mix 200 grams of mix with 1 egg and 300 ml of water.
Fry in a hot pan with a little oil.
For 6 muffins:
Mix 200 grams of mix with 1 egg, 150 ml of water and 1 tablespoon of oil.
Fill the molds two-thirds full and bake for 15 to 17 minutes at 195 °C.
Tip: Add banana, blueberries, or chocolate chips for extra flavor.
Use the dough immediately. Due to the fibers, it becomes mushy quickly.
