ERGYTONIC® Intense is a unique complex of 18 active ingredients. Eleutherococcus, an adaptogenic plant, supports physical and mental capacities during periods of fatigue.Vitamins B3, B5, B6, B9, B12, and C and magnesium help reduce fatigue. Zinc, selenium, vitamins B2, C, and E contribute to the protection of cells against oxidative stress.
Tyrosine, an amino acid, is combined with Carnitine, Taurine, and Coenzyme Q10.

Vegetable capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), colourings: riboflavin and calcium carbonate.Suitable for a vegetarian diet.
Usage of Nutergia ErgyTonic Intense:
You take 3 capsules per day for a week, then 2 capsules per day unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably take at breakfast with plenty of water.
Dosage for ages 12 to 18: 2 capsules per day.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
