Cressana Evening Primrose/Borage GLA combines organic evening primrose oil and organic borage oil in one plant-based formula. The recommended daily dose of 2 capsules provides 700 mg evening primrose oil, 700 mg borage oil, and 200 mg gamma-linolenic acid (GLA).In addition to the two organic oils, the formula also contains 15 mg of cold freeze-dried watercress per daily dose.
Watercress forms an important part of Cressana's botanical background. Through freeze-drying, water is removed from the fresh plant at low temperatures, ensuring the characteristic plant profile is preserved as much as possible.
In this way, the traditional combination of evening primrose and borage oil is supplemented with a recognizable Cressana ingredient.
