Application of Lamberts Multi-Guard:
Broad spectrum multi vitamin/mineral preparation with plant antioxidants.All vitamins are present in relevant amounts, making it a useful preparation when a medium B-complex is needed in addition to antioxidants, beta-carotene and vitamins C and E.
However, it is the trace elements that make this preparation so popular with prescribers. Few multivitamins have such a broad spectrum of trace elements in these relevant quantities. The literature shows that these vital nutrients are just as important and essential as vitamins.
Lamberts has now added a 50 mg ORAC mixture to the formulation and this delivers a whopping 625 ORAC super antioxidant units. (ORAC = Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity, or a measure to compare the effectiveness of antioxidants with each other).

This product is free from: Wheat, gluten, barley, soy, eggs, milk and milk products, lactose, nuts, sulphites, celery, fish, shellfish and yeast. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Usage of Lamberts Multi-Guard:
You take 1 tablet per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.Warning:
