Lamberts Multi-Guard is a complete multivitamin with a broad spectrum of vitamins, minerals, and additional nutrients. The formula contains, among other things, high doses of B vitamins, Vitamins C and E, plus zinc, selenium, iron, chromium, and iodine. Additionally, Multi-Guard contains an ORAC blend with green tea, grape seed, and rosemary extract.✓A comprehensive multivitamin for daily dietary supplementation.

Usage of Lamberts Multi-Guard:
You take 1 tablet per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional,Preferably take with a meal and plenty of water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
