Cressana Vegan Omega 3 offers a completely plant-based alternative to traditional fish oil-based Omega-3 supplements. The Omega-3 is derived from algae oil, a direct plant-based source of the important Omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA.In addition to algae oil, each capsule contains 15 mg of freeze-dried watercress. Freeze-drying removes water from the fresh plant at a low temperature. This is a gentle processing technique that preserves the characteristic components of the plant material as much as possible.
