Astaxanthin is a fat-soluble carotenoid that occurs naturally in microalgae, krill, and crustaceans such as salmon and shrimp. For dietary supplements, astaxanthin is often extracted from the microalga Haematococcus pluvialis, a natural source of this red-colored carotenoid.Supplemed Astaxanthine Optimum contains Nataxtin™, a natural form of Astaxanthin, dissolved in palm-free MCT oil for a lipid matrix that matches the fat-soluble properties of carotenoids. Additionally, the formula contains Vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopherol), an antioxidant that contributes to the protection of cells against oxidative stress.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
