Xeya ShatavariXeya is a specific extract of Shatavari (Asparagus racemosus), traditionally the quintessential female plant in traditional Indian phyto-nutrition, standardized to at least 15% shatavarines. Shatavari contributes to women's well-being during (peri)menopause*, helps with menopausal hot flashes*, and aids in falling asleep*.
Vitamins B6 and B2
The formula is supplemented with two active vitamins. Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity, normal psychological functions, and the normal functioning of the nervous system. Vitamin B2 contributes to the maintenance of normal mucous membranes.

You take 1 capsule twice daily, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably take 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening with sufficient water.
