Rice flour*, gluten-free whole grain oat flour, corn starch*, coconut blossom sugar*, rice protein powder*, psyllium fiber powder*, Himalayan salt, natural vanilla flavor*.*= From organic farming.
Use of Purasana Protein Cookie Mix Powder:
Melt 150 grams of butter.Mix the two eggs into the melted butter.
Add the batter mix and stir well.
Roll out the dough to the desired thickness; about 3mm is recommended.
Cut out shapes with cookie cutters or a knife.
Bake for 12 minutes at 180°C.
