The HeltiQ Perineum Rinse Bottle has been developed for gentle and hygienic cleaning of the perineal area. The rinse bottle is ideal for use after childbirth, after gynecological procedures, and as part of daily personal hygiene. When stitches are present, cleaning with toilet paper can be painful and unpleasant.A perineum rinse bottle offers a gentle method of cleaning, reduces discomfort, and helps keep the perineal area clean, thereby minimizing the risk of bacteria buildup. The ergonomic design with an inverted spout allows for easy and controlled use of the rinse bottle, even in an upside-down position. This ensures extra ease of use and comfort during cleaning.

Usage of HeltiQ Perineum Spoelfles:
Instructions for use1. Fill the bottle with lukewarm water (avoid hot water). Test the temperature on your wrist to check if it is comfortable. Optionally, herbs such as witch hazel can be added for an extra soothing effect.
2. Tighten the nozzle cap securely to prevent leaks. Extend the nozzle before using the rinse function.
3. Hold the bottle upside down between your legs. The ergonomic design allows for controlled and easy use.
4. Gently squeeze the bottle to obtain an even stream of water. The intensity of the water flow can be adjusted by varying the squeezing force.
5. Direct the stream at the area to be cleaned and rinse thoroughly. Repeat if necessary until the area is clean.
6. After use, retract the nozzle, pour away the remaining water, and dry the bottle completely. Then store the rinse bottle in the supplied hygienic bag.
Warnings
- Do not use hot water.
- Do not microwave, boil, or wash in the dishwasher. This can damage the material and compromise the safety of the product.
- Test the water temperature before use to prevent burns.
