l-tyrosine, capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids & silicon dioxide).This product is free from: Wheat, gluten, barley, soy, eggs, milk and dairy products, lactose, nuts, sulfites, celery, fish, shellfish, and yeast.
This product is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Usage of Lamberts L-Tyrosine 500 mg:
You take 1-4 capsules per day, or as prescribed by a doctor or therapist.Amino acids should preferably be taken with fruit juice or water; not with milk.
An amino acid is best taken half an hour before a meal or at bedtime.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Warning:
Do not use in combination with MAO inhibitors (a type of antidepressant).
Do not use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
Not recommended for children.
