Ingredients of Lamberts L-Phenylalanine:
L-Phenylalanine, Rice flour, Anti-caking agents (Magnesium salts of fatty acids &Silicon Dioxide), Capsule (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose).
This product is free from: Wheat, gluten, barley, soy, eggs, milk and dairy products, lactose, nuts, sulfites, celery, fish, shellfish, and yeast.
This product is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Usage of Lamberts L-Phenylalanine:
You take 1 capsule per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Amino acids should preferably be taken with fruit juice or water; not with milk.
An amino acid is best taken half an hour before a meal or at bedtime.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Warning:
Not to be used by people suffering from phenylketonuria (PKU).
Do not use in combination with MAO inhibitors (a type of antidepressant).
Do not use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
