Application of Lamberts Selenium ACE:
Dietary selenium intake has declined significantly since the 1970s. In England, the selenium intake of approximately 80% of the adult population is below the recommended amount. This is due, among other things, to a reduction in the import of selenium-rich wheat and the use of fertilizers that reduce the availability of selenium.Selenium is a trace element found in the soil and absorbed by plants, primarily in the form of seleno-l-methionine. This form is well absorbed by the body and is the main form of selenium in this product. This supplement contains yeast-free seleno-l-methionine, which is stable and odorless.
Vitamins and minerals often occur together in foods and can complement each other's effects. This product combines selenium with Vitamins A, C, and E, all of which have antioxidant properties and contribute to the maintenance of healthy tissues.

Bulkers (dicalcium phosphate & cellulose), vitamin C (ascorbic acid), vitamin E (dl-alpha tocopherol acetate), anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, stearic acid & magnesium salts of fatty acids), humectant (crosslinked cellulose gum, vitamin A acetate, selenium (L-Selenomethionine & sodium selenite).This product is free from: Wheat, gluten, barley, soy, eggs, milk and dairy products, lactose, nuts, sulfites, celery, fish, shellfish, and yeast.

Usage of Lamberts Selenium ACE:
You take 1 tablet per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably take with a meal and plenty of water.
