Each 2 capsules contain:Griffonia (extract 5:1) 1000 mg
- of which 20% 5-HTP 200 mg

Griffonia (Griffonia simplicifolia) seed extract 5:1 standardized to 20% 5-HTP (5-hydroxytryptophan), rice flour, capsule (glazing agent (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose)), anti-caking agent (rice concentrate).Usage of De Cruydhof 5-HTP 100 mg:
You take 1-2 capsules per day, unless otherwise advised by a healthcare professional.Preferably take before or during a meal or before going to sleep. Maximum 3 capsules per day.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Warning:
Not suitable for children up to and including 3 years of age. Do not use during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or in combination with medicines that affect brain metabolism, such as antidepressants and sedatives.
