Lamberts Theanine is produced through a fermentation process.
We do not use L-Theanine extract from tea because it contains a high concentration of the less active 'D' form.
It is believed that it does not cause tolerance and/or withdrawal symptoms and does not lead to difficulty concentrating.

(from Green Tea Extract with up to 5 mg epigallolacatechin gallate EGCG)

Green Tea Leaf Extract (Camellia sinensis), Calcium Carbonate, Cellulose, Anti-caking Agents (Magnesium Salts of Fatty Acids, Stearic Acid & Silicon Dioxide), Crosslinked Cellulose Gum, Tablet Coating (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Glycerol).This product is free from: wheat, gluten, barley, soy, eggs, milk and dairy products, lactose, nuts, sulphites, celery, fish, shellfish and yeast.
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Usage of Lamberts L-Theanine 200 mg:
Take 1 capsule per day, unless otherwise advised by your health professional.Preferably take during a meal with sufficient water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Warning:
The maximum dose of EGCG is 800 mg per day. Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products. Not suitable for children under 18, during pregnancy (or when trying to conceive), or breastfeeding.
