Bulking agent (rice flour), rosehip powder (Rosa canina), capsule (glazing agent (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose)), magnesium citrate, vitamin C (ascorbic acid), zinc citrate, anti-caking agent (Nu-flow® rice concentrate), OPC (grape seed extract), taurine, green tea (Camellia sinensis) extract, alpha-lipoic acid, brown algae extract (Ascophyllum nodosum) (0.1% iodine), vitamin B3 (nicotinic acid), natural vitamin E succinate, vitamin K2 (MK-7), vitamin A (retinyl palmitate), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), bromelain (2500 g/du/g), ginger root (Zingiber officinale), alkaline protease (500,000 HUT/g), sunflower lecithin, selenium methionine, calcium pantothenate, copper citrate, coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinone), manganese citrate, iron fumarate, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCl), vitamin B1 (thiamine HCl), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), chromium picolinate, vitamin B11 (folic acid), biotin, vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin).Usage of De Cruydhof Zell H3:
Adults aged 30-40 years: 1 capsule per day. From 50 years: 2 capsules per day.Maximum 2 capsules per day.
Preferably take 15 minutes before a meal with plenty of water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose unless otherwise advised by a healthcare professional.
Warning:
Not suitable for children under 18 years of age or during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
The maximum dose of EGCG is 800 mg per day. Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products.
