Blackcurrant seed oil is rich in Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids (including GLA). The oil is extracted from the seeds of the Ribes Nigrum.Composition of De Cruydhof Zwartebessenzaadolie:
Each 4 vcaps (= daily dose) contains:PEO* blackcurrant seed oil 2000 mg
of which
- Omega 3 fatty acids 324 mg
- Omega 6 fatty acids 1165 mg
*PEO = Parent Essential Oil, the unoxidized form of (poly)unsaturated Omega 3 and 6 fatty acids in a 1:3 ratio, obtained by supercritical CO2 extraction.

Blackcurrant seed (Ribus nigrum) oil, capsule (glazing agent (modified corn starch, glycerol, gelling agent (carrageenan), acidity regulator (disodium phosphate), antioxidants (D-alpha-tocopherol, rosemary extract), beta-carotene.Usage of De Cruydhof Zwartebessenzaadolie:
For the first 20 to 40 days, take 3 capsules twice daily with meals as a starting dose.Subsequently, as a maintenance dose: take 2 capsules twice daily.
From age 5: 2 capsules twice daily.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose unless otherwise advised by a healthcare professional.
