Sophorolipids – cleansers from nature
Sophorolipids are surfactants produced by yeast. Not a chemical synthesis, but a fermentation process. The result is a mild yet effective cleaning agent that is biodegradable. Together with caprylyl/capryl glucoside – also plant-based – it forms the core of this formula.
Rinse where necessary
For surfaces that come into contact with food: simply rinse after cleaning. It's that simple.
