Calcium carbonate, dicalcium phosphates, magnesium oxide, bulking agent (cellulose), zinc gluconate, anti-caking agents (stearic acid, silicon dioxide and magnesium salts of fatty acids), stabilizer (hydroxypropylcellulose), humectant (crosslinked cellulose gum), tablet coating (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, glycerol), manganese gluconate, boron (sodium borate), copper gluconate, selenium (l-selenomethionine and sodium selenite), chromium picolinate, potassium iodide, sodium molybdate.Allergen information:
This product is free from: Wheat, gluten, barley, soy, eggs, milk and dairy products, lactose, nuts, sulfites, celery, fish, shellfish, and yeast.

Usage of Lamberts Mega Mineral Complex:
You take 2 tablets per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably take with a meal and plenty of water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Warning:
This product contains iron; ingestion of too much iron can be harmful, especially to young children.
More than 250 mg of magnesium can cause stomach upset; lowering the dose or dividing it throughout the day may help.
