Vitamin C (ascorbic acid), gelling agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), bulking agent (dicalcium phosphate), anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide and stearic acid), citrus bioflavonoid complex, glazing agents (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose and glycerol), rosehip extract (Rosa canina L.).Allergen information:

Usage of Lamberts Vitamin C 1500 mg Time Release with Bioflavonoïds:
You take 1 tablet per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably take with a meal and plenty of water.
