L-glycine, capsule/thickener (bovine gelatin), green tea leaf extract, valerian extract, griffonia simplicifolia extract, organic reishi mushroom, bulking agent (rice flour), anti-caking agents (rice concentrate, MCT coconut oil), vitamins.

Usage of Elvou Sleep Formula:

You take 2 capsules per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.
Preferably take with water half an hour before going to sleep.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
