The nasal strips are applied to the outside of the nose, while the mouth strips are intended to keep the mouth closed while sleeping.The package is easy to use and consists of skin-friendly strips.

Usage of Elvou Breathing Pack:
Preparation: Wash and dry your lips and the skin around your mouth and nose. This helps ensure that the mouth and nose strips stick better.How to use the mouth strip: Place the center of the strip over your lips and then press the rest of the strip evenly over your lips. Ensure that the strip is positioned evenly over the mouth and does not block the nostrils.
How to use the nose strip: Position the nose strip on the nose just above the nostrils. First, stick the center of the strip onto the nose and then work outwards. Ensure that the strip does not block the nostrils.
Warning :
It is not recommended to use mouth strips if you suffer from sleep apnea, a blocked nose, or other problems that make breathing through the nose difficult. In that case, consult your healthcare provider.
It is also not recommended to use nose strips if you have a latex allergy or sores on the outside of your nose.
