Usage of A.Vogel Perimenopauze Fysiek:
Take 1 tablet once daily before going to sleep, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.If you only want to support your energy level, take 1 tablet in the morning with breakfast.
We recommend using the product daily and consistently for at least 4–6 consecutive weeks.
