Bountiful Apple Cider Vinegar is made from organically grown apples through a natural fermentation process. Bountiful Apple Cider Vinegar contains the 'mother' of the vinegar.It is suitable for both internal and external use and has many applications. The apple cider vinegar is very suitable as a base for vinaigrette or marinade.
Drink a glass of water with 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar three times a day.
NB: Do not drink undiluted!
