Rice powder, capsule (HP methylcellulose), riboflavin, anti-caking agents (magnesium stearate & silicon dioxide).This product is free from: Wheat, gluten, barley, soy, eggs, milk and dairy products, lactose, nuts, sulfites, celery, fish, shellfish, and yeast.
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Usage of Lamberts Riboflavine 50 mg (Vitamine B2):
You take 1-2 capsules per day, unless otherwise advised.Preferably take with a meal and plenty of water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Warning:
Do not use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
Urine may turn dark due to the use of Riboflavin. This is harmless and indicates that the body is effectively using the Riboflavin. Increasing daily fluid intake will ensure the color returns to normal.
