Application of Lamberts Vitamine B-50 Complex:
B vitamins are essential for almost every process in our body.The B vitamins are a group of essential nutrients that share certain properties. They are all water-soluble and found in food sources such as brewer's yeast, meat, whole grains, flours, and legumes. Although chemically distinct, their functions in the body are closely linked. For example, the metabolism of folic acid and vitamin B12 is closely linked; vitamin B2 is required for the activation of vitamin B6; and vitamin B3 (nicotinamide) can only be synthesized from other nutrients if sufficient vitamin B6 is available.

Folic acid 400 mcg

Choline Bitartrate 50 mg

Cellulose, thiamine mononitrate, pantothenic acid (calcium pantothenate), myo-inositol, riboflavin, niacin (nicotinamide), choline bitartrate, anti-caking agents (stearic acid, silicon dioxide & magnesium stearate), paraaminobenzoic acid, tablet coating (HP methylcellulose, glycerin), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hcl), folic acid, vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin), biotin.Allergen information:
This product is free from: wheat, gluten, barley, soy, eggs, milk and dairy products, lactose, nuts, sulfites, celery, fish, shellfish, and yeast. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Usage of Lamberts Vitamine B-50 Complex:
Take 1 tablet per day, unless otherwise advised by your health professional.Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Warning:
This product is not recommended during pregnancy or if breastfeeding.
This product is not suitable for children under 3 years of age.
Taking this product may sometimes cause a (dark) yellow discoloration in the urine. This is harmless and indicates that the body has properly absorbed the vitamin and is excreting an excess of vitamin B2 (riboflavin). Long-term use may cause mild tingling and numbness.
