Application of Lamberts Vitamin B-50 Complex:
B vitamins are indispensable for virtually every process in our body.The B vitamins form a group of essential nutrients that share certain properties. They are all water-soluble and are found in food sources such as brewer's yeast, meat, whole grains, starches, and legumes. Although they differ chemically, their functions in the body are closely interconnected. For example, the metabolism of folic acid and vitamin B12 is closely linked, vitamin B2 is required for the activation of vitamin B6, and vitamin B3 can only be produced from other nutrients if sufficient vitamin B6 is available.
Composition of Lamberts Vitamin B-50 Complex:
Each tablet (= daily dose) contains:Vitamin B1 (Thiamine) 50 mg
Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) 50 mg
Vitamin B3 ((Niacin)) 50 mg
Vitamin B5 (Pantothenic Acid) 50 mg
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) 5 mg
Vitamin B12 50 mcg
Folic acid 400 mcg
Biotin 0.05 mg
Choline Bitartrate 50 mg

Cellulose, thiamine mononitrate, pantothenic acid (calcium pantothenate), inositol, riboflavin, niacin (nicotinamide), choline bitartrate, anti-caking agents (stearic acid, silicon dioxide & magnesium stearate), paraaminobenzoic acid, tablet coating (HP methylcellulose, glycerin), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCl), folic acid, vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin), biotin.Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Usage of Lamberts Vitamin B-50 Complex:
You take 1 tablet per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably take with a meal and plenty of water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Do not use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
