Pure Encapsulations® products are made with hypoallergenic ingredients. Borage Oil contains cold-pressed borage oil with a content of 20% gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), the highest GLA content of all plant sources. GLA is an essential fatty acid found in the fatty acid fractions of some vegetable seed oils. Each softgel capsule contains 200 mg of gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) with Vitamin E in the form of mixed tocopherols.Composition of Pure Encapsulations Borage Oil:
Each capsule contains:Vitamin E, 2 IU (as natural d-alpha-tocopherol) 1.34 mg
Borage seed oil (Borago officinalis), freshly pressed, chemical-free extraction (standardized to a content of 20% Gamma-linolenic acid (GLA)) 1000 mg

Borage seed oil, natural d-alpha-tocopherol, gelatin capsule (gelatin, glycerin, water).This product is free from: wheat and gluten, eggs, peanuts, trans fats and hydrogenated oils, GMOs, magnesium stearate, titanium dioxide, carrageenan, coatings and shellac, artificial colors, flavors and sweeteners, unnecessary binders, fillers and preservatives.
Usage of Pure Encapsulations Borage Oil:
You take 1-4 capsules spread throughout the day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably take during a meal, with sufficient water.
Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
