Usage of Orthica OPC-100:
You take 1-2 capsules per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional. The maximum dosage is 2 capsules per day.Preferably take during or after a meal with plenty of water.
Do not exceed the recommended maximum dosage.
Warning:
During pregnancy and breastfeeding, a maximum of 1 capsule per day.
