Holle Whole Grain Spelt Porridge Organic is a delicious and healthy choice for your baby. It is an organic porridge made from whole grain spelt flour and enriched with thiamine (vitamin B1). This porridge is suitable for babies from 4 months and is an excellent source of nutrients for proper growth and development.✓Organic and Demeter certified.

Whole spelt flour**, thiamine (vitamin B1, fortified as per law)** Demeter (is a quality label for biodynamic agriculture and food).

This product may contain traces of wheat.
Usage of Holle Volkoren Graanpap Spelt Bio:
1. Heat 100 ml whole milk and 100 ml water to approx. 50 °C.2. Add 22 grams (5-6 tablespoons) of cereal flakes.
3. Stir everything together well, let the porridge soak briefly, and ensure the correct eating temperature (37 °C).
Alternatively, you can also prepare the cereal porridge with approximately 130 ml breast milk, 200 ml whole milk, 200 ml water, or 170 ml infant formula.
