Usage of Ortholon Moondance Fase 1 & 2 Pakket:
Use Moondance Face 1 (no. 24) during the first phase of your cycle (days 1-14).For optimal support, use Moondance Phase 2 (no. 25) during the second half (days 15-28) of your cycle.
You take 2 capsules per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.
Preferably take in the morning with breakfast and water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
