Omega-3 fatty acids are essential fats that play an important role in our health. Our body can produce a small amount of EPA and DHA itself from alpha-linolenic acid, but only to a very limited extent.So we really need to ingest EPA and DHA through food or supplements.
The two most important forms from fish:
EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) supports the heart and blood vessels*

Vitamin E helps protect cells against oxidative stress and protects Omega-3 fatty acids against oxidation.
