Whole wheat flakes** whole oat flakes**, banana fruit powder*, raspberry flakes* (raspberry puree*, wheat flour*), apple pieces*, thiamine (required by EU legislation).* From organic farming.

Usage of Holle Baby Muesli Bio:
Heat 100 ml whole milk and 100 ml water to approx. 50 °C. Add 22 grams (5-6 tbsp) of muesli flakes. Stir everything well, let the porridge soak briefly, and ensure the correct eating temperature (37 °C).Alternatively, you can also prepare the muesli with 130 ml breast milk, 200 ml whole milk or water, or 170 ml infant formula.
Fruit Muesli: Mix 20 grams (5 tbsp) of muesli flakes with 90 ml of water, 100 grams of fruit puree, and 1 tsp of baby complementary oil. Enjoy!
