Quercus Folate B12 contains Quatrefolic, the biologically active form of folic acid, also known as 5-MTHF (bound to glucosamine). Unlike other forms of folic acid, this form is directly usable by the body without any metabolization. Folate contributes to tissue growth during pregnancy. Additionally, it contributes to various brain and nerve functions, such as stress resistance. The bio-active Vitamin B12 (MecobalActive), a very pure form of methylcobalamin, contributes to the reduction of fatigue and the normal functioning of the nervous system.Composition of Quercus Folate B12:
Each tablet contains (= daily dosage):Folic acid (Quatrefolic®) 500 mcg
Vitamine B12 (MecobalActive®, methylcobalamin) 1000 mcg

Bulking agents: mannitol, xylitol, cellulose, food acid: citric acid, glazing agent: fatty acids, natural raspberry flavour, vitamin B12, (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid: glucosamine salt.Usage of Quercus Folate B12:
You take 1 melt tablet per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably let it melt in the mouth (under the tongue).
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
