Furthermore, this white sauce is the perfect base for a spicy curry sauce or a creamy cheese sauce.

Usage of Sublimix Witte Saus:

Dissolve 30 grams (2 full tablespoons) in 1/4 liter of cold water, bring to a boil while stirring, and simmer gently for 1 minute.

Tip:
- Add a little curry powder for a delicious curry sauce or cheese for a cheese sauce.
- With a splash of white wine, fish stock, and optionally some dill, you make the tastiest fish sauce.
- Sauté some mushrooms, add the white sauce, and you have a creamy mushroom sauce.
- Serve the white sauce with cauliflower, broccoli, or asparagus. Use the cooking liquid from the vegetables to prepare the white sauce.
