Complex of predominantly soluble and well-substantiated dietary fibers.Fibers, also known as dietary fibers, are a group of complex carbohydrates found in plant-based foods that the human body cannot fully digest in the small intestine. They are divided into two main categories: soluble fibers (which dissolve in water and form a gel, such as pectin, inulin, or galactomannans) and insoluble fibers (which absorb water but do not dissolve, such as cellulose or lignin).
Dietary fiber forms an important part of a varied and balanced diet.
Composition of VeraSupplements Vezel-Complex Poeder:
Each 2 scoops (approx. 15 grams) contains:Sunfiber® (Partially Hydrolyzed Guar Gum) 88% vezels 6 gram
- From seeds of Cyamopsis tetragonoloba or guar plant
Acacia 90% fiber (Nexira™) 5 grams
- From the gum of the Acasia senegal tree
Baobab 45% fiber (Nexira™) 3 grams
- From the fruit of Adansonia digitata or baobab tree
Apple fiber 55% fiber 1 gram
- From apple pomace of Pyrus malus

Usage of VeraSupplements Vezel-Complex Poeder:
Take 1 scoop twice daily, unless otherwise advised by a healthcare professional.Preferably take with or immediately after a meal. Stir/dissolve the powder well in a glass of water or juice; slight sedimentation is normal. Fiber attracts moisture. Drink the glass empty, drink an additional glass of water after taking it, and ensure adequate fluid intake throughout the day. Start with a low dose (e.g., 1-3 grams per day) and gradually increase over weeks.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
When using medication:
Take fiber supplements at least 2 hours before or 4 hours after your medication.
