Usage of Mattisson Alkagreens Poeder Mushroom Biologisch:
Take 1 to 2 generous tablespoons (approx. 10-20 grams) once daily, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably dissolve in water, fruit juice, or mix into a smoothie.
Preferably take half an hour before a meal. Do not take simultaneously with medication. Allow at least 1-2 hours between taking medication.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose

Do not use if you have existing liver conditions or bile duct disorders. Turmeric can cause liver problems in rare cases.
