Each 2 capsules contain:Slaapmutsje extract (Griffonia simplicifolia) 714 mg
- standardized to 4:1
St. John's wort extract (Hypericum perforatum) 200 mg
- standardized to 0.3% hypericin
Rozewortel extract (Rhodiola rosea) 100 mg
- standardized to 1% salidroside and 3% rosavin

California poppy (Griffonia simplicifolia), purified water, St. John's wort (Hypericum perforatum), rhodiola rosea, vegetarian capsule shell (cellulose (HPMC)).Usage of Ortholon Brain Mood (nr 20):
You take 1 capsule twice daily, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably take half an hour before eating or going to sleep.
The maximum dosage is 3 capsules per day.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Not suitable for children under 14 years.
