Bulking agent: potato starch, Valerian (root) extract (Valeriana officinalis), coating: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, Sage (leaf) extract (Salvia officinalis), Lemon balm (leaf) extract (Melissa officinalis), anti-caking agent: tricalcium phosphate, sunflower (seed) oil (Helianthus annuus).
Usage of Fytostar Meno Swift Dag & Nacht:
You take one day capsule in the morning after breakfast and one night capsule in the evening before going to bed, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably take with plenty of water.
