You take 1 full teaspoon (approximately 10 grams) per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Dissolve Bone Bouillon Paste in 250-350 ml of hot water. Add herbs, butter, and/or Celtic sea salt to taste for a quick broth.
