You take 10 capsules per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably take spread throughout the day, immediately after a meal with plenty of water.
As a maintenance dose, you can switch to 3-4 capsules per day.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
You will take a course of several months. Allow one month for the course for every 10 years of life.
