Lohmann & Rauscher Lomatuell H Ointment Tulle is a ready-to-use mesh gauze impregnated with a water-repellent, skin-neutral ointment base. Thanks to this white petroleum jelly ointment base, the wound is kept supple, the risk of sticking to the wound is reduced, dressing changes are virtually painless, and this coarse-mesh tulle can be supplemented with wound-specific medication. Furthermore, the tulle promotes the drainage of wound fluid while simultaneously ensuring good ventilation. All these special properties ensure that the wound rests, allowing the natural healing process to get underway optimally.Suitable for the treatment of, among others, skin abrasions, open leg ulcers (ulcus cruris), pressure sores (decubitus), burns, cuts, and abrasions.
