For optimal effect, administer the supplement in the morning as follows:Less than 10 kg: 1 candy per day
10 to 20 kg: 2 candies per day
20 to 30 kg: 3 sweets per day
From 30 kg: 4 sweets per day
If giving multiple treats per day, we recommend giving them all at once, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach.
