Apply Drs. Leenarts Suncare SPF50 generously before sun exposure and repeat every 2-3 hours, and especially after swimming or sweating.A spray is convenient to use, but make sure to apply it thickly enough. According to the Consumers' Association, the danger with a spray is that you can easily use too little sunscreen, and that some of it ends up next to the skin while others mist. And as you can imagine: applying it too thinly significantly reduces protection.
If you use my Suncare Spray SPF50, you will notice that most of it does not evaporate, because this spray contains no propellants or alcohol.
Tip: To ensure you apply a thick layer, spray the sunscreen into your hand first instead of directly onto the skin; this way, you can clearly see how much you are applying.
