Beta-carotene (natural carotenoids),
equivalent to 100 mcg Vitamin A 50 mg
Zinc (zinc citrate) 15 mg
Selenium (selenium methionine)50 mcg
Ingredients of Essential Organics Puur Smooth Skin Essentials:
Vitamins, vegetable and fruit extracts, fish collagen, tyrosine, zinc citrate, astaxanthin, selenium methionine, MSM, beta-carotene, silicon dioxide (excipient). Vegetable capsule: pullulan (cassava plant).This product contains no yeast, added sugar or synthetic colours or flavours.
Use of Essential Organics Puur Smooth Skin Essentials:
The dosage depends on your skin type.Normal skin type: 1 capsule per day (double the amount for the first 2 weeks).
Sensitive skin type: 2 capsules per day (double the dosage for the first 2 weeks).
Preferably take with a meal and plenty of water.
If desired, the capsule can be opened to mix the contents with food.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose unless otherwise advised by a health professional.
